A financial mis-selling claims management company is recruiting a Financial Administrator to assist in the claims management. As the company continues to grow, the job will develop to take on more responsibility.
THE ROLE:
Overall, you will manage a diverse caseload, ensuring each case is processed efficiently and within regulatory guidelines. This includes:
* Manage and process a high volume of cases from initiation to resolution.
* Liaise with clients, third parties, and other stakeholders to gather necessary information and documentation.
* Review case files, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
* Provide regular updates to clients and other parties involved in the case.
* Identify and escalate complex cases to senior management or specialized teams.
KEY SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
* Recent experience as a Financial Administrator, such as mortgage administration, IFA administration, fraud claims, bank processing, etc.
* Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
SALARY & BENEFITS:
* £30,000 - £40,000, dependent on experience
* 30 days holiday (10 used during company shutdown) + public holidays.
