About Us
Baldock Manor Hospital is a thriving service in need of experienced nurses to bolster our team and move us further along our journey to excellence.
Over recent years Baldock Manor has undertaken extensive development work to become the hospital it is today. We have three wards: an 8-bedded female PICU service, an older working age men's 14-bed acute/High dependency unit typically for gentlemen over the age of 45/50, and a similar 10-bedded service for older working age/older age ladies.
Our focus is recovery for our patients with quality care and measurable outcomes at the centre of all we do. Baldock Manor boasts a full MDT with Nursing, Psychiatry, Psychology and Occupational Therapy practitioners on site as well as a very able team of Senior support workers, support workers, Therapies assistants and more.
Being a smaller hospital gives us the opportunity to coach and mentor our team as well as providing real ability for individuals to take a role in service design and bring their innovative ideas to the fore.
Job Responsibilities
In your role as a Nouvita Nurse, you'll find yourself crafting a strong, secure, and productive career that nurtures your current skills while encouraging the development of new ones. As a senior member of the hospital, you'll be expected to display aptitude, enthusiasm and professionalism; though you'll be a role model for junior members of the team, you will find yourself supported by our talented team of managers whose wealth of experience is always available to you.
