The LHH team are excited to be partnering with an exclusive retail brand to recruit for an interim Financial Controller for a 6-month period. This company is based out of Central London with offices also near Milton Keynes, so the individual will need to frequent both offices.
* 6 months interim
* £500-600 per day inside IR35
* Ideally Retail / FMCG / Branding experience
Responsibilities:
* Managing a team of 8 individuals within the transactional finance team and tax team
* Responsibility for closing the year-end accounts
* General ledger management
* Overseeing the AP / AR and treasury team
* Responsibilities for bank reconciliation
* Taking full responsibility for critical month-end activities, including accruals, prepayments, and journal entries, to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting
* Preparation of monthly management accounts, profit and loss statements, balance sheet, and other financial reports & analysis
* Ensuring efficient cash flow management by preparing and executing weekly payment runs and forecasting immediate financial requirements
* Systems: Microsoft Dynamics
