SM92 is one of the fastest growing Digital Marketing agencies based in the UK with an in-house team of 20+ digital marketing professionals. We're a young agency with big ambition and targets. As a small agency, you will be working in a fast-paced environment which will pull you into multiple areas of the business which will require your support. This means you'll learn new skills and pick up experience a lot faster when compared to joining a larger agency.
We're an end-to-end digital marketing agency that specialises in lead generation. We're a leading UK healthcare specialist working with circa 200 clients across the UK, IRL & USA. We're currently expanding into new sectors and therefore, looking to expand our team and their skill sets.
What we expect from this role?
* You should thrive in a high-pressure, KPI/performance driven environment. You should have a relentless hunger to consistently overachieve on targets.
* Set up, create, and manage client META & Google paid campaigns in line with our company procedures and META / Google ad policies.
* Daily ad analysis and reports on all clients and highlight issues to management when they arise.
* When necessary, work with the Ad and Design teams in creating new, high converting landing pages to improve ROI.
* Consistently focus on CPA to ensure budget forecasts are met and exceeded.
* Engage in all company discussions and demonstrate a keen interest in supporting our business growth.
* Daily/Monthly/Yearly Ad analysis on all clients and highlight trends or concerns to management when they arise.
* Work with your line manager to ensure you’re getting the most accurate and relevant information to our clients.
* Assist with the collation of information and spreadsheets on behalf of the company, our clients and creating reports on our behalf when necessary.
* In-depth understanding of META ads manager and Google analytics GA4
* Create monthly reports for our clients paid media campaigns when needed.
* Supporting the ad team with the integration and set up of pixels / event setup tools for tracking events on websites.
Requirements:
* At least 2 to 3 years experience in paid media across META & Google
* Strong copywriting skills and ability to provide brand-led strategic messaging
* Experience in developing and managing comprehensive Ad campaigns
* Data-driven and proven ability to analyse data for insights through Facebook Analytics and other Third-Party Apps (Google Analytics plus more)
* Strong communication and organisation skills with the ability to adapt in agile ways of working
* Ability to self-manage while handling projects under tight deadlines
