Catalent are seeking an Apprentice Accounts Payable Analyst to join our team at our Swindon facility. The successful candidate will learn how to process payments to suppliers and other business partners within an opportunity that teaches the many facets of international payment processing whilst gaining their AAT Level 3 qualification.
As an apprentice, you’ll work at a company and get hands-on experience. You’ll gain new skills and work alongside experienced staff.
What you’ll do at work
The Apprentice Accounts Payable Analyst will learn to review supplier invoices, complete appropriate checks for business approval and/or PO match and enter the invoice details to Catalent's ERP system.
You will develop skills in the following areas:
* The correct indexing, and coding of invoices
* Accurate input of invoice data to the system
* Participate in AP workflow tasks and monitor assigned site's invoicing/payment processing
* Ensure all supplier payments are accurate and comply with various company policies
* Comply with discount processes to ensure Catalent receives full value of all supplier discounts earned

Training
An apprenticeship includes regular training with a college or other training organisation. At least 20% of your working hours will be spent training or studying.

* This is a fixed-term contract for the duration of the apprenticeship.
