Job Title: Campus Co-ordinator
Location: ONSITE, London, UK
Salary: £30K to £32K (Depending on Work experience)
Hours: Full Time, Monday to Friday (9:00am - 5:00pm)

William College is a Higher Education (HE) provider in partnership with UK university. At William College, we will be offering diverse range of programs including Law, Criminology, Psychology, and Policing.
Responsibilities:
Office Administration:
* Ensure all correspondence is appropriately dealt with.
* Facilitate finance enquiries by students with our Student Finance Team.
* Report any problems with the building to the Landlord & Campus Manager.
* Order office supplies and provide refreshments, when needed.
* Support Director with administrative support when at the Campus.
* Collaborate with Student Support and Receptionists for different tasks.
* Ensure campus facilities, Health & Safety, and reporting.
Site Administration:
* Act as key holder and responsible for opening and closing of site. Ensure studying and teaching.
* Responsible for compliance and act as campus Health and Safety officer.
* Plan and undertake safety process audits as per the established audit schedule.
* Drive continuous improvement of health, safety, and safety induction to new staff and student.
* Undertake appropriate training and development as required.
* Assisting with Campus events, workshops, induction, and similar activities by coordinating catering.
* Collaborating with Campus security personnel to ensure a safe and secure environment for students and staff.
* Providing administrative support and being available to address any issues that may arise.
* Providing support services to all teams on Campus, catering to all their facility needs as well as day.
* Ensuring all staff and students are well informed of all facilities matters.
* Conducting regular inspections of the building to promptly address any issues that arise.
* Assisting in the implementation of new procedures established by the management
* If required, provide monthly payroll reports to the HR Department, report absence and return to work.
* Be flexible and show initiative, you will be required to perform other related duties to meet the ongoing needs of William College.
Desirable Criteria
1. Educated to degree level
2. Understanding of student support needs of higher education students
3. Good knowledge of safeguarding for vulnerable adults.
4. ISA badge (Optional)
