About The Role
Join a dynamic team at Salford City College (SCC) Group as a Facilities Hire and Leasing Co-ordinator, where your role will be pivotal in optimising our college spaces. Collaborating closely with the business operations, finance, marketing, and curriculum teams, you will drive the efficient rental and leasing of our facilities to external clients, enhancing both community engagement and college revenues.
Your responsibilities include coordinating bookings, ensuring client satisfaction and maintaining strong partnerships with local businesses and community organisations. This position offers a unique opportunity to shape the college’s external presence, whilst developing negotiation and project management skills.
The role is well-suited for proactive individuals eager to foster connections within the community and innovate facility-use strategies. Through this position, you will gain insights into facility management and expand your career prospects within an educational institution dedicated to growth and excellence.
The role is ideally 21.6 hours per week, but a slight reduction in these hours would be considered for the right candidate. This post is offered all year round, with a working pattern to be agreed with the successful candidate.
