Site Manager needed for Maintenance project in Kirkdale
This project focusses on updating the sustainability and energy efficiency of Social Housing in the Kirkdale area. This is working for a National Contractor that specialises in Retrofit and Social Housing Domestic Maintenance contracts across the UK. The project includes both internal and external works, such as the installation of new PVC doors and window replacement, kitchen and bathroom maintenance, roof and wall insulation, rendering and tiling. Your position as Site Manager will see you supervise multiple trade roles working in tenanted houses, maintaining H&S standards and keeping within time and budgeting constraints
Your new role:
1. As Site Manager you will undertake general responsibilities, including:
2. Reporting to a Contracts Manager
3. Daily set up &pleting RAMS
4. Toolbox Talks & Inductions
5. Dealing with both Tenants and Clients
6. Liaising with various trades on multiple properties
What you’ll need to succeed
7. SMSTS | First Aid | CSCS
8. Driving Licence
9. Experience on Social Housing Projects, ideally with a retrofit background
