About the Role: Working collaboratively with teachers to provide targeted support to individual or small groups of students with SEND. Delivering a range of tailored learning interventions to meet the specific needs of each student. Assisting teachers with the development and implementation of Individual Education Plans (IEPs). Creating a positive and inclusive learning environment that fosters independence and self-esteem in students with SEND. Liaising with parents/carers and other professionals involved in the students' education. Contributing to the wider school community and participating in departmental and whole-school events. The Ideal Candidate: A qualified LSA or someone with demonstrable experience working effectively with students with SEND. Excellent communication, interpersonal and collaboration skills. A strong understanding of SEND and a commitment to inclusive education practices. Patience, empathy and the ability to build positive relationships with students of all abilities. Excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritise workload effectively. A willingness to learn and develop new skills.
