Job Overview We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Instructional Design Team Lead to join our dynamic Security Awareness Training Creative team. This role is pivotal in leading the design and development of high-quality instructional materials while driving innovation in instructional strategies. As the Team Lead, the ideal candidate will not only develop engaging and effective learning experiences but also define the strategic vision for instructional design initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives and industry standards. A strong emphasis will be placed on innovation, scalability, and quality, driving the team to create cutting-edge, impactful learning experiences that grow with the organization. Key Responsibilities and Skills required Instructional Design & Development A minimum of 7 years of experience as an Instructional Designer with current experience in team management. Ability to create engaging cyber security training scripts based on defined learning objectives, for a diverse customer base. Apply learning theories, instructional design models, and adult learning principles to develop engaging eLearning content. Design, develop, and implement SCORM/xAPI-compliant learning materials using modern eLearning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, Adapt). Ensure all learning materials comply with WCAG AA accessibility standards to enhance inclusivity for SCORM content only. Develop and manage LMS content, ensuring seamless integration and optimal learner experience. Incorporate gamification, microlearning, and iterative design principles to enhance learner engagement. Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to translate complex cyber security concepts into accessible and engaging learning modules. Design effective assessments to measure learning outcomes and continuously refine learning strategies based on data insights. Innovation, scalability, and quality-focused mindset.
