Omega Red Group are looking to recruit a Technical Administrator to join our Height Safety team and become an integral part of the
Compliance network, working from our Head Office in Bulwell, Nottingham.

The Role:
* As a Technical Administrator you will play a pivotal role within the height safety compliance team
* Reporting to the Admin Team Leader, the successful candidate will be required to offer full, comprehensive technical support to
internal stakeholders and clients.
* The role will involve processing reports and remedial quotations following on site surveys and inspections conducted by our
height safety engineers. It is an integral part of this role that reports are processed and issued promptly ensuring we are
maintaining our internal and client SLAs.
* Interpreting technical data submitted by height safety engineers with support from management and peers to ensure accurate
remedial quotations are issued to clients.
* You will be responsible for liaising directly with suppliers to obtain accurate costs for quotations based on onsite inspection
reports and will be the first point of call for many customer enquiries following engineer’s site visits, responding to emails
and phone calls.
What you’ll need:
The successful candidate will possess strong organisational skills and a keen eye for detail. You will a pro-active team player,
able to work under pressure and stick to strict deadlines.
Experience of working within the height safety sector or a similar technical industry would be advantageous. Full training will be
provided for the suitable candidate to expand their functional skills and knowledge.
You will be proficient in using bespoke CRM systems and Microsoft Office. You will be a confident self-starter with an ability to
demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills.
