The Medicines Management Directorate has an exciting opportunity for registered Pharmacists to join the bank register as part of the Pharmacy team at Cwm Taf Morgannwg University Health Board.
In this stimulating role, you will build on your previous experience, developing greater autonomy and responsibility whilst providing a clinical pharmacy service to a range of specialties such as cardiology, respiratory, surgery, paediatrics, and mental health.
You will work closely with, and be supported by, the Clinical Lead Pharmacists to continue your development in pharmacy practice. The successful candidate will possess excellent communication skills and be able to work well as part of a multi-disciplinary team.
Main Duties of the Job
Working closely with our teams of highly experienced pharmacists and technicians, you will participate in the clinical service, building on your clinical experience, developing greater autonomy and responsibility whilst providing a clinical pharmacy service to a range of specialties.

Person Specification
Qualifications and/or Knowledge
* Vocational Master's Degree in Pharmacy.
* Registered with the General Pharmaceutical Council.
* Evidence of continuing professional development.
Experience
* 1 year Pre-Registration/Trainee pharmacist training.
* Experience of audit or project work.
Aptitude and Abilities Skills
* Effective verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
* Effective organisational and prioritising skills.
* Able to evaluate information and make decisions involving highly complex facts.
* Computer keyboard skills and software packages, including report writing skills and data entry.
* The ability to speak or learn Welsh to a satisfactory level.
* Effective time management and able to remain effective in a busy environment.
* Ability to manage self and others.

Salary: £37,338 to £44,962 per annum pro rata.
