Part-Time (across 5 days)
This is an exciting opportunity to get involved in all aspects of HR across the entire employee life-cycle, providing a professional HR service to all employees while acting as an ambassador for people-related policies and procedures.
Own transport required due to remote location.
Description of the role:
* Building relationships with department managers.
* Meeting with department managers to offer proactive support.
* Assisting with investigations and grievance hearings.
* Reporting on various HR data metrics.
* Supporting the HR team with projects.
* Ensuring compliance of all Right to Work documentation and on boarding documentation.
* Reviewing policies and procedures.
About you:
* Experience of working within a similar Advisory role.
* Own transport required due to location.
* This is a part-time role working across 5 days.
* Able to interpret and translate HR data.
* CIPD Level 5 preferred but not essential.
* Proficient in HRIS technology.
* A passion for bringing fresh ideas to the table.
