We require a highly motivated, experienced, Lettings Manager with energy, enthusiasm and ambition. The firm might also consider a candidate who is looking to take the next step in their career and who perhaps is currently an Assistant Lettings Manager but the right attitude will as important as ability. The ideal candidate will be currently working in a similar role and some knowledge of the Liverpool Street EC2 area would be helpful. You must be capable of generating appraisals, winning instructions and have the ability to lead a Lettings team. You will be confident, ambitious, enthusiastic and target driven. You will need to provide first class customer service at all times and lead by example.
