Working Hours:- 8.45 - 5.30 Monday - Friday Office Based during your training period. Once complete we are happy to discuss a hybrid working pattern to suit your needs. What will I be doing as a Credit Controller?
1. Manage a high volume of calls and emails daily to resolve customer credit and outstanding debtor queries
2. Provide overdue reporting and sales and general ledger analysis for the Credit Manager
3. Review new account requests and report accordingly
4. Ensure disputed invoices are actioned and chased for resolution; provide customers with copy invoices/credit notes and statements as requested
5. Work closely with the Sales teams to ensure orders can be processed promptly for dispatch.
