Up to £39,000 per annum, depending on experience

Main duties of the job
See each patient as an individual, offering understanding and empathy. To work without supervision when required, to perform high quality diagnostic examinations in a diverse range of MRI procedures whilst observing the current MRI Local Rules. Assist the MRI Lead Radiographer as required with the day-to-day operational management of the MRI Department, being responsible for the smooth running of the MRI scanning list. Participate in developing the service and in put in training new radiographers. Ensure a service of the highest quality is delivered with sensitivity and compassion.

Nuffield Health Glasgow Hospital. Located in the heart of the West End of Glasgow; you will be working at one of Scotland's leading private hospitals. This year, we embarked on phase three of our multi-million-pound refurbishment, adding state of the art equipment like our Mako robotic arm for orthopaedic surgery and a new ambulatory theatre. We have a special focus in the areas of orthopaedics, spinal surgery, ophthalmology, weight loss surgery and cosmetic treatment.
Job responsibilities
As an MRI Radiographer at our Glasgow Hospital, you'll have a BSC degree in diagnostic radiography (or equivalent), a postgraduate qualification is desirable, SOR IV cannulation certificate and some MRI experience, as well as the ability to work accurately and compassionately. As an MRI Radiographer, you will:

Qualifications

Experience
* Some MRI experience, as well as the ability to work accurately and compassionately.
