Salary: £170 - £250 per day

Contract: Long Term until July 2025, Part Time (3 days a week – Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday)
GSL Education London Branch is looking for a Politics Teacher to join a coeducational secondary school and sixth form in Hackney. This is a fantastic opportunity for a dedicated and passionate Politics Teacher to inspire students and support their academic progress. Politics Teacher Responsibilities:
Plan and deliver engaging Politics lessons up to Key Stage 4.
Create a positive and stimulating learning environment that encourages debate and critical thinking.
Prepare students for assessments and examinations with effective teaching strategies.
Foster students’ understanding of political systems, ideologies, and current affairs.
Monitor and assess student progress, providing constructive feedback.
Promote a love for politics and civic engagement among students.
Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the Humanities department and share best practices.
Maintain accurate records of student progress and attainment.
Follow the school’s behaviour and safeguarding policies.
