Position Overview: Role: Manager in Operations Transformation, Insurance/London Market Sector: Insurance, with a focus on claims within the London Market Focus: Improving operational efficiency and implementing innovative claims solutions What your days will look like: Claims Transformation: Lead initiatives to optimise claims processes and improve service delivery. Client Engagement: Manage projects from initiation to completion, ensuring client satisfaction and tangible outcomes. Stakeholder Interaction: Collaborate with brokers and underwriters in the London Market to align transformation efforts. Practice Development: Support recruitment, training, and development of methodologies with a focus on claims. This role is for you if: You have Insurance Expertise: Proven experience in operational transformation within the insurance industry, particularly in claims. London Market Knowledge: Familiarity with London Market systems and key stakeholders. Technical Claims Handling: Experience in handling claims across various classes of business. Consulting Skills: Strong ability to deliver operational improvements and manage client relationships.
