About you We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Regional Marketing Manager, who will lead powerful, results-driven campaigns to attract and retain foster carers across the Southeast. Your expertise will inspire a meaningful change, making a lasting impact on children's lives This is a unique opportunity to spearhead regional marketing initiatives, working collaboratively with 17 South East Local Authorities to attract a diverse range of foster carers, including individuals from BAME, LGBTQ, young carers and parent/child fostering backgrounds. You will be instrumental in shaping the regional fostering recruitment strategy, ensuring a cohesive marketing approach while leveraging data-driven insights to optimise and enhance campaign effectiveness. As the ideal candidate you will have: Proven experience in developing and delivering large-scale, multi-stakeholder marketing campaigns. Strong project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and stakeholders. Expertise in digital marketing, social media, and paid advertising strategies. Experience in data analytics and campaign performance tracking. Knowledge of diversity and inclusion in marketing, particularly in social care recruitment. Exceptional communication skills with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels. Experience in fostering recruitment or social care marketing. Knowledge of public procurement and financial procedures linked to government initiatives. Familiarity with fostering-related policies, safeguarding principles, and ethical marketing practices. Key responsibilities Develop and implement a unified marketing strategy to recruit and retain foster carers across the Southeast. Oversee multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital, print, PR, and community outreach. Lead on data analysis and campaign reporting, ensuring effective use of the marketing budget. Work closely with local authority teams, stakeholders, and external marketing agencies to maintain alignment. Represent LAFSE in media and public forums, positioning the organisation as a thought leader in fostering. Ensure compliance with GDPR, the Equality Act, and Advertising Standards Authority (ASA) guidelines. Support local authorities in driving diversity and inclusion in fostering campaigns.
