My client is looking for a Technical Inside Sales Representative to help expand sales efforts across UK and Europe and contribute to our mission of driving the global transition to sustainable power.
Day-to-day of the role:
* Follow up on inbound leads to understand customer needs and develop new revenue opportunities.
* Research potential customers and pre-qualify opportunities to add to the sales pipeline.
* Utilise various communication methods (phone, email, social media, in-person) to connect with customers.
* Collaborate with the Sales Team to ensure leads are matched with the appropriate expertise.
* Respond to customer inquiries with high levels of customer service.
* Maintain accurate CRM records from initial contact to closing.
* Develop and maintain strong customer relationships, identifying additional revenue opportunities.
* Work closely with Marketing and Sales Teams to maximize lead generation and prospect conversion.
* Stay updated on product and application knowledge to effectively present company offerings.
