Alliance Personnel are seeking an Accounts Assistant to join our client's team in managing financial transactions. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail and a strong understanding of accounting principles.
* Process accounts payable and receivable using accounting software
* Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
* Assist in the preparation of financial statements
* Reconcile financial discrepancies by collecting and analysing account information
* Support the finance department with administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications
* Previous experience working with accounting software such as Sage, Xero, or QuickBooks
* Proficiency in data entry and financial services
* Familiarity with PeopleSoft or Workday is advantageous
* Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
Working hours: Monday - Thursday 9:30am - 14:30pm, Friday 9:30am - 14:00pm (20hrs per week)
