Benefits of the role: Competitive rate Hybrid working Small and supportive team Your main responsibilities as a Social Worker: The post-holder will undertake social care assessments and reviews under the Care Act 2014 and hold a caseload of service users requiring complex case management. They will carry out direct work with service users to meet identified social care needs, carry out safeguarding investigations where required and develop strengths-based support plans to promote service users’ wellbeing and independence. They will at all times, to identify areas of need and/or risk of harm and to ensure appropriate safeguarding practices/measures are observed/in place.
