Key Accountabilities
* Lead development and oversight of the global Human Rights policy framework and ethical sourcing roadmap.
* Build robust due diligence systems for supplier risk identification, mitigation, and remediation.
* Align internal governance with international standards (e.g., UNGPs, OECD, ILO).
* Co-create tools and guidelines to operationalise human rights risk management across the value chain.
* Lead human rights training and awareness across global teams and supplier networks.
* Support annual ESG and sustainability disclosures related to human rights performance.
* Represent the company in external forums, industry working groups, and stakeholder dialogues.
Experience, Skills & Knowledge
Essential:
* Deep expertise in Human Rights and Ethical Sourcing
* Strong understanding of due diligence frameworks, human rights risk assessments, and responsible sourcing practices.
* Demonstrated ability to influence and engage cross-functional teams at global scale.
* Experience working with complex supply chains and engaging with diverse supplier tiers.
* Familiarity with regulatory developments (e.g., UK/US Modern Slavery Acts, EU Due Diligence Directive).
* Confident in managing sensitive issues, crisis response, and reputational risks.
* Proven communicator with strong stakeholder management skills in diverse environments.
