Salary / Rate: £92.11 a day

Milk Education are seeking an enthusiastic and inspiring SEND Support worker to work in one of our partner Special Schools in Acton. This school offers high quality ABA training and progression opportunities. It caters to students aged 4-19 with autism spectrum conditions (ASC) and severe learning difficulties. The role will include supporting students with their communication skills and increasing independence through engaging sensory activities and a structured class environment. The successful candidate will support the class teacher to personalise each student's learning journey to fit their individual sensory, behaviour, communication, medical, and learning needs.
SEN Support Responsibilities:
1. Experienced working with students who have Special Educational Needs
2. Excellent communication skills
3. Proactive in supporting adaptations within the learning environment
4. Excellent organisational and IT skills
5. Assist teachers in preparing resources or intervention supports
6. Be aware of and support difference and ensure all pupils have equal access to opportunities to learn and develop
SEN Support Must Haves:

3. The ability to work under the guidance of the teacher as well as part of a team
