The role involves establishing strategies for managing product categories, developing value propositions, and implementing operational guidelines. The individual interprets internal and external issues to recommend solutions and may lead sizable projects, focusing on thought leadership and technical expertise across disciplines. Recognized internally as the go-to person for complex Product Strategy assignments.

Community Building : Foster a culture of shared best practices, address organizational obstacles, and provide coaching and training at all levels. Build relationships and have meaningful conversations.
Product Coaching : Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish shared vision and measurable goals aligned with customer needs and business objectives.
Qualifications :
* Strong collaborative leadership skills with business and technology acumen
* Ability to work well with others and lead Change Management initiatives
* Expertise in scaling practices and shifting from project to product-centric paradigms
* Capacity to challenge assumptions and overcome resistance
* Experience in enterprise roles and responsibilities
* Expertise in Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, and related methodologies
* Ability to evaluate organizational health metrics and present data visually
