Ensure Compliance: Keep us aligned with legal and PA Housing standards. Problem Solver: Spot potential issues early and help develop effective solutions. Lease and Service Agreement Guru: Assist staff and departments with your in-depth knowledge of leases and service agreements. Operational Support Operational Excellence: Manage contracts for grounds maintenance, playgrounds, cleaning services, tree management, pest control, and refuse collection. Customer Service Leader: Enhance the property management and leasehold service experience for homeowners. Management Agent Maestro: Utilise the best procedures and tools to oversee managing agents effectively. Customer Involvement Champion Resident Voices: Encourage residents to participate in decision-making processes. Our ideal candidate Expertise in Leases and Service Agreements: Your knowledge will be crucial in navigating and managing these documents. Contract Execution Experience: Proven track record in handling various contracts within homeownership schemes. Property Management Know-How: Familiarity with property management and leasehold services. Third-Party Agreement Management: Skilled in overseeing third-party agreements and ensuring compliance with standards. Legal and Housing Standard Savvy: Experience in maintaining compliance with legal and housing standards.
