An experienced and dynamic Technical Project Manager is required to lead a strategic technology transformation project for a well-established company based in Wethersfield on a 12 month fixed term contract basis. This role is integral to the procurement and implementation of a new contact centre system, ensuring future scalability, integration, and improved operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead the RFI and RFP processes to procure and implement a new contact centre system.
Ensure delivery of key project components before the expiry of existing system contracts.
Develop and implement a roadmap for future enhancements and functionality.
Create detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets aligned with strategic goals.
Work closely with internal teams to define project scope and requirements.
Maintain governance, risk management, and quality assurance best practices.
Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders and vendors.
Foster strong relationships across teams and external partners.
Lead and inspire project teams to deliver objectives successfully.
Promote continuous learning and best practices in project management.
Key Requirements:
Proven experience managing complex technology transformation projects.
Strong background in RFI/RFP processes and system implementations.
Deep understanding of project management methodologies, governance, and compliance.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
Strong analytical and strategic planning abilities.
Experience in CRM system implementation or similar large-scale IT projects.
Project Management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is highly desirable.
