About the Job
Our Retail District Managers are a highly engaged team driving new opportunities and experiences within store leading high performing teams who exceed objectives and exude passion for the Bath & Bodyworks product and mission. As our North focused Retail District Manager you will be required to travel between our 24 Northern based locations.

Product
* Know the product, create passion and excitement around each new launch and ensure this cascades to the team
* Support the store teams, to ensure VM guidelines are executed well in order to maximise sales
* Investigate, feedback and follow up any stock issues the store teams may have so that the stores look full and abundant at all times
* Ensure that stores are well maintained with all equipment in working order and free of damage
* Provide insights into which promotions work and why with the B&M team
* Liaise with marketing teams to ensure all marketing is available and clearly displayed, feedback any issues with marketing in store
Profit
* Selling is the key, and all BBW associates must consistently demonstrate the behaviours to Win at all times to maximise sales
* Remains focussed on developing the BBW brand by always looking for opportunities to grow profit
* Provides regular feedback to all stakeholders and looks for opportunities to drive the business forward
* Analyses sales figures to identify anomalies and reacts quickly to lesser performing locations
* Achieves high commercial standards through the team and displays a strong competitor awareness
* Facilitates change across the locations minimising any disruptions
* Accommodates and responds to emerging hot topics and new priorities with ease
* Challenges current practices, systems, products and services and comes up with ideas to improve the business
* Makes good decisions based on facts and information and takes action promptly
* Develops ideas into workable concepts by liaising with Head Office departments and stakeholders
* Clearly presents the benefits of ideas and anticipates obstacles and objections.
