The Role of Internal Account Manager
1. This is an internal office-based sales role working out of one of our client's vibrant offices.
2. This is an entry/early career role where the Internal Account Manager will benefit from full training.
3. As Internal Account Manager, you will manage existing relationships with SMEs (small and medium-sized businesses) selling the features and benefits of their state-of-the-art security solutions.
4. You will use your relationship-building skills to develop relationships with decision-makers who are typically business owners/managers and provide them solutions to their security issues.
5. You will be provided customer details via a CRM which you will use to help organize and update accordingly.

The Requirements of the Internal Account Manager
1. Telephone sales experience is advantageous.
2. Our client will also consider customer service backgrounds, retail, hospitality, car sales, or B2C (customer engagement backgrounds).
The Package on Offer for the Internal Account Manager
1. £26,000 basic.
2. Uncapped circa £5k.
3. 24 days holiday plus stats.
4. Company pension.
