Aramark UK are currently recruiting an experienced Chef Manager to join our team working at South Bristol Skills Academy, The Boulevard, Hengrove Park, Bristol BS14 0DB.
You will be responsible for overseeing the day to day running of the unit, preparing meals, delegating tasks to your team and leading your team to success.

- Fri). Working pattern 07:00 to 15:00, leaving your evenings free

A day in the life of a Chef Manager:
⦁ Hot and cold food production for both breakfast and lunchtime. ⦁ You will be organising and coordinating hospitality – alongside leading the team to ensure tasks are appropriately allocated and food preparation activities are delivered.⦁ Accountable for stock flow and rotation of products.⦁ Direct and coach team members to learn procedures and standards for all kitchen tasks, ensuring all training and development needs are met.
You will be set up for success if you have:
⦁ Must have resided in the UK for the past 5 years and have a legal right to work ⦁ Must be able to pass full security vetting and DBS checks ⦁ Relevant culinary/cookery qualification (706/1, 706/2 or NVA equivalent) and previous on the job experience – ideally within a school environment. ⦁ Ability to run a small team.⦁ Knowledge of financial processing and an understanding of P&L and stocktaking.
