Job Description Place Surveying Manager - Low Rise Block Management Housing and Homelessness Area Based Regeneration and Shared Repairs Service Salary: £52,373 - £62,685 Hours: 36 per week We have an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated and professional individual to join the Area Based Regeneration and Shared Repairs Service. The successful applicant will lead the operational management of the Low Rise Block Asset Management team for the Council’s low-rise housing stock across the city. We are looking for someone who has knowledge and an understanding of housing, property and construction services. You should be confident in making strategic decisions which will have an impact on owners and tenants across the city and have strong communication skills with experience of managing large and complex contracts, application of programme and project management and planning and managing revenue and capital budgets.
