The Peculiar Designer is seeking a skilled Personal Assistant to support our Director in managing daily administrative tasks and ensuring the smooth operation of the company.
Duties
1. Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Director
2. Manage Director's calendar, appointments, and travel arrangements
3. Conduct data entry and maintain accurate records using QuickBooks
4. Handle phone calls, emails, and correspondence with professionalism
5. Assist in organising meetings, events, and office activities
6. Perform clerical tasks such as filing, photocopying, and scanning documents
7. Utilise Google Suite for document creation and collaboration
8. Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
9. Traveling abroad will be required with the expenses covered by the company
Skills
1. Proficient in QuickBooks for financial record keeping
2. Strong administrative and organisational abilities
3. Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
4. Competent in office management tasks and clerical duties
5. Skilled in data entry with a high level of accuracy
6. Proficiency in using Google Suite for document management
7. Fast and accurate typing skills suitable for efficient data input
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Pay: £2,500.00-£3,200.00 per month
Expected hours: 40 per week
