Key Responsibilities
• Reporting to the Quality Manager.
• Working closely with customers, investigating, repairing and resolving their quality issues.
• Creating reports and completing forms, logging non-conforming material, alongside investigation reports, ISIR/PPAP creation.
• Carry out products verification of incoming stock, which will involve some heavy lifting.
• Completing work to finished goods to meet company quality standards and specifications.
• The successful applicant will have the willingness to learn new processes and skills.
Job Requirements
• Fluent in spoken, written and understanding of the English language.
• Be able to work both independently and as part of a team, liaising and communicating as appropriate.
• Excellent attention to detail and communication to deliver high standards of work.
• Full driving licence, as travelling to customer sites will be required.
• The position is fulltime, permanent based on a 5-day week, 8am-5pm Monday to Thursday with a half hour unpaid lunch break, 8am-1pm Friday (39 hours).
