HR Business Partner
Salary: £50,000 - £65,000 plus excellent benefits package
Location: Oxford
This role offers an exceptional chance to shape the future of a dynamic business unit by providing expert HR Business Partnering services. The postholder will advise senior managers on the end-to-end employee life cycle, ensuring the development and implementation of effective HR policies and processes. As part of the senior HR management team, the role involves working across the business unit and the wider organisation on strategic and operational HR matters.
The HR Business Partner Role Overview:
Deliver HR business partner services, focusing on employee retention strategies, HR risk assessment, and positive employee relations.
Develop innovative solutions for workforce planning, service delivery, employee engagement, and gap analysis.
Build strong relationships with client groups, becoming an influential HR and business advisor on key decisions with people implications.
Provide expertise on performance management strategies and processes to maximise team performance.
Coach senior managers to anticipate and address employee engagement and organisational issues.
Design and implement innovative resourcing and development strategies.
Advise hiring managers on sourcing and selection methodologies, ensuring candidates experience our values, behaviours, and EDI commitments.
Lead on workforce planning and innovative talent acquisition solutions, supporting apprenticeships, early careers, and internships.
The HR Business Partner Candidate:
Chartered MCIPD
Experience as a HR Business Partner in a changing environment
Expertise in managing complex employee relations and providing best practice guidance
Experience in developing and managing resource programmes, including learning and development
Problem-solving and analytical capability, developing and managing people metrics
Effective communication skills, verbal and written
Thorough knowledge of employment legislation and compliance
Experience in the healthcare sector would be advantageous
