Role Description
To maximise ticket sales and revenue by providing effective ticketing information and advice; and proactively managing inventory, ticket agents and allocations on your own events.
Line management of an Event Ticketing Manager team to support them in the effective management of their shows.

Who you are
You may have experience in the following roles: Senior Event Ticketing Manager, Senior Client Account Manager, Client Services Manager
Competencies / Skills / Knowledge / Experience
1. Previous management experience within a ticketing team preferably for a promoter
2. Proven experience of live event ticketing gained in a promoter environment up to and including stadium and festival level
3. Adept in using ticketing systems, specifically reporting functions
4. Proven commercial acumen within the promoter ticketing environment
5. Demonstrates leadership qualities and proven relationship management capabilities with internal and external stakeholders
6. Excellent numeracy skills with exceptional attention to detail and proficiency in using Excel at intermediate or above level
7. Excellent literacy skills with a proven ability to communicate, both verbally and in writing, with colleagues up to Executive board-level

What the role includes
1. Liaise with promoters, venues, ticket agents and other stakeholders to advise on and manage the ticketing for Live Nation concerts including arena and stadium tours (stadiums subject to availability), festivals and other events.
2. Prepare events for onsale by confirming and configuring event details including: manifests, seating plans, price structures; marketing partner, artist/fan club, record label and other presales; internal, VIP, ticket agent and other holds and allocations; and booking fees, ticket stock and text.
3. Administer events in HALO (our in-house event operating system) and maximise ticket sales by monitoring and analysing sales to proactively manage inventory, ticket agents and allocations
4. Produce event sales forecasts, updates, charts and other reports including final reconciliations
5. Work on-site at Major Events as required; including weekends and evenings and overseeing and/or staffing Box Office operations
6. Process internal ticket orders including artist management and label requests; raising invoice requisitions as appropriate
7. Provide effective Line management of Event Ticketing Managers; including performance reviews, coaching and day to day support
8. Liaise with other line Managers to plan show allocation and team workload
9. Joint deputise for VP of ticketing in their absence and provide other support as and when required
