Manage the entire collection cycle, including payment plans, stop supplies, dispute management, and ensuring customer accounts are fully reconciled. Team Participation: Actively engage in regular team meetings, as well as ledger review meetings. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, to proactively record and resolve invoice disputes in a timely manner. Customer Liaison: Serve as the main contact point for key and regional customers, fostering strong relationships and ensuring clear, effective communication. Teamwork: Foster a spirit of teamwork within the credit control team and cross-functional teams, working collaboratively to achieve business goals. Ad-Hoc Support: Take full ownership of ad hoc projects and support the team as needed to ensure the smooth running of credit control operations. Cash Collection: Ensure activities are focused on maximising cash collection and reducing overdue debt. Compliance: Perform activities in line with company policy, internal control procedures, and the month-end timetable, ensuring accurate reporting and timely business reviews. Skills & Experience: Proven Experience: Previous experience in credit control, specifically managing high-value accounts and resolving complex disputes. Presentation Skills: Demonstrated ability to deliver presentations, whether to senior management or clients, to effectively communicate key information. Problem Solving: Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to proactively manage and resolve customer issues. Team Player: Experience working in a team-driven environment with a focus on collaboration and achieving common goals. Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact effectively with cross-functional teams and external clients. Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and a focus on ensuring all accounts are fully reconciled and disputes are resolved efficiently.
