Job Responsibilities
1. Attending regular capacity calls and rapid reviews.
2. Oversight of admission and discharges.
3. Oversight of current pressures within ED and the wider trust.
4. Problem solving to ensure flow at all times.
5. Supporting wards for timely and effective discharges.
Person Specification
* Does the candidate currently undertake the bronze role?
* Does the candidate have any previous experience in flow and capacity?
* Has the candidate ever been in a role where they have had to make difficult decisions using clinical judgement?
* Displays excellent leadership qualities and excellent values and behaviours.
* Have they got band 7 experience?
* Experience leading a team.
* Ability to perform to a high level under pressure.
Evidence of Further Development
* Leadership training.
* Formal leadership training.
* Evidence of CPD higher educational study or training.
* Has managed change or evidence of involvement in change management.

Salary: £46,148 to £52,809 per annum pro rata.
