In this dynamic role, you will represent the company and engage directly with retailers and customers in your assigned region, ensuring that key performance targets are met. Our omnichannel LG Team represents the innovative technology within Home Entertainment and, as a Regional Ambassador, you will be accountable for your territory and will cover national retailers and independents, helping to promote and support their retail objectives, ensuring in-store merchandising of product is displayed correctly, and play a critical role in driving sales and enhancing customer experience. You will be responsible for ensuring compliance with company standards, providing in-field training, and contributing to the overall success of regional marketing efforts. As a Regional Ambassador, your core objective is coaching and motivating your in-store sales ambassadors, as well as actively participating in driving sales and customer satisfaction, to ensure success against LG’s objectives. You will report to the Regional Manager and work closely with your team to achieve key KPIs and contribute to the overall growth of the company. Role responsibilities: Key responsibilities of an LG Regional Ambassador include, but are not limited to: Actively assist customers during store visits, contributing directly to meeting your sales targets. Take the ownership of training, merchandising and compliance within your region. Track and report regional commercial opportunities to the RM during monthly 1:1 meetings. Complete compliance report and gather valuable consumer insight ensuring these are accurately recorded. Deliver engaging in-store training to build brand advocacy and product knowledge. Build and retain influencing in-store relationships. Be the expert; fully understand the features and benefits of LG products. Coaching and mentoring in-store LG sales ambassadors and sharing best practice. Ensure effective planning and completion of store visits considering sales data, time, workload, and the wider team to ensure this aligns with KPIs Showcase your commercial awareness and the impact you have on your territory. Attend regular training workshops, events, and updates from LG. About you: (what we’re looking for): Essential Sales & target-driven: Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Ability to actively assist and drive sales during store visits. Decision making: Decisive analytic skills and the behaviour to make considered choices based on data while being flexible and adaptive to changing priorities. Effective communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to build rapport with customers and colleagues, completing sales, reporting, customer engagement, and influence and motivate your team. Time management: Ability to prioritise tasks, meet deadlines, and manage time efficiently across multiple locations and responsibilities when managing multiple store visits. Problem-solving: Ability to identify commercial opportunities, report issues, and proactively address challenges in the field. Desirable: Field marketing experience: Prior experience in a field marketing or a retail ambassador role with a strong understanding of in-store promotions, customer engagement, and sales strategies. Training delivery: Experience delivering training and facilitating in-field sessions, ideally with experience in audio-visual or retail training environments. Comfortable using digital tools for planning, reporting, and training purposes. Proficiency with basic office software and CRM systems.
