We're looking for two Retail Implementation Managers to join our Store Opening Team. One position will be based in the North of England and the other will be in the Midlands. What does this role involve? As a Retail Implementation Manager, you will play a big part in delivering our ambitious retail growth strategy. Working with the Store Implementation Team Leaders, you will be supporting the planning and implementation of our exciting, fast moving store opening programme for new sites nationwide. Using your strong planning, commercial and operational expertise, you will:
* Work closely with the Store Implementation Team Leaders and field teams in advanced planning of new sites to secure locations for stock package preparations.
* Calculate, secure and prepare full stock packages.
* Create, define and design creative visuals.
* Lead and collaborate with stakeholder to drive successful completion of projects.
Do you have experience of retail operations and successful project delivery? Interested in being part of a team that project manages our new store opening programme from inception to opening day?, Experience of the retail operations environment, particularly in relation to the planning and implementation of new store openings.
* Strong leadership and influencing skills with the ability to motivate a team to achieve objectives.
* Previous experience of managing and delivering projects to timely completion.
* Ability to work with a wide range of diverse stakeholders.
This role involves extensive travel and most of your time will be spent working on location with overnight stays during week days. Willingness to work on various sites and locations is essential. The successful candidate will need a full UK driving licence.
