Job Description
We are currently recruiting for a full-time Cook based at our Ben Nevis Highland Centre in Fort Williams, to help us maintain exceptionally high standards in our busy self-service restaurant. The successful applicant will hold a Basic Food Hygiene certificate and have a proven track record in commercial catering. Some weekend work will be required.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Maintain high standards of food hygiene and safety.
2. Prepare and cook meals efficiently in a busy environment.
3. Work effectively as part of a team.
Minimum Requirements:
1. Basic Food Hygiene certificate.
2. Proven experience in commercial catering.
3. Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently under pressure.
Both Full Time and Part-time positions are available.
