Mat Cover 14 Month Contract
A leading supplier of licensed apparel, supplying major high street stores and online retailers, is looking for an Import Merchandiser to join their team on a 14 month contract beginning in June.
You will be responsible for merchandising orders throughout the product lifecycle and will have input into CAD designs, working closely with the design and sales teams. Duties include purchasing samples, managing submissions and approvals with retail buyers, and sending design artwork packs to overseas factories. You will check all styling and product details, review retail purchase orders, and ensure print positions and templates are correct.
Additionally, you will receive pre-production strike-offs, samples, and lab dips from overseas factories, arranging submissions and approvals with buyers, customers, and licensors. Maintaining internal and retail critical paths is essential to ensure all orders are on time, while also managing any shipment delays with factories and customers. You will work across internal product development systems, production schedules, retailer platforms, and licensor approval websites.
A valid driving license is required, and you must be confident in liaising with manufacturers, retailers, and internal teams.
