Working with a large number of stakeholders this role requires excellent communication skills, a strong customer-centric focus, a ‘hands-on’ approach and the ability to provide support in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. A typical day in the role may look like…… Coordination of all aspects of administrative support to two Executives; travel, correspondence and diary/ email management; Staying abreast of business activities that impact the Executive team and communicating regularly to ensure objectives are met; Preparation and review of complex documents and board reports, which include financial, customer and industry components; Arranging meetings, facility visits, seminars and conferences on behalf of the Executive Director and Manager; Acting as an intermediary on behalf of the Executive Director and Manager, including responding to and resolving incoming enquiries and liaising with external stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have:- Recent experience in an Executive Assistant position for a mid to large organisation; Advanced competency with Microsoft suite of products and the ability to facilitate meetings using a range of technology; Demonstrated ability to research and report on issues showing maturity of judgement and discretion; Exceptional report writing skills with previous experience in providing board papers Well-organised, proactive, intuitive, discrete, communicative, efficient and flexible aptitude.
