The Role
Sofina Foods Europe is seeking an exceptional commercial leader to take full ownership of our Out of Home channel.
As part of the senior leadership team, this role is central to shaping the strategic direction of the business and delivering long-term, sustainable growth in the UK and ROI out of home market working with customers, distributors, wholesalers and end users including QSR.
With a strong presence in the sector and significant investment in expansion, this is an opportunity for a results-driven, high-calibre executive to drive transformational change and unlock new opportunities in a highly competitive industry.
Duties Include:
The Out of Home Director will be responsible for:
* Developing and executing a commercial strategy that delivers substantial growth and positions Sofina Foods as a market leader in food services.
* Building and leading a high-performance team, ensuring excellence across sales, marketing, and customer engagement.
* Identifying and capitalizing on new market opportunities, leveraging market intelligence to enhance competitiveness and expand our customer base.
* Developing and strengthening key strategic partnerships, securing long-term, high-value relationships with distributors, operators, and food service businesses.
* Driving innovation and product development, collaborating with R&D and marketing to introduce differentiated, market-leading solutions.
* Full P&L ownership, ensuring financial performance, operational efficiencies, and sustainable profitability.
* Engaging at a senior level across the business, ensuring alignment with the wider strategic objectives of Sofina Foods Europe.
Skills & Experience Required:
This is a role for an experienced and commercially astute leader with a strong track record in customer growth development in QSR, food service, FMCG, or a related industry. The successful candidate will demonstrate:
* Extensive leadership experience in a senior commercial role within the food services sector.
* A proven track record of delivering revenue growth, developing, and executing large-scale commercial strategies.
* Deep sector knowledge, with a strong understanding of market dynamics, industry trends, and customer needs.
* Exceptional leadership and influencing skills, with the ability to build, develop, and inspire high-performing teams.
* A strategic and analytical mindset, capable of using data insights to drive commercial decision-making.
* Strong relationship management capabilities, with the ability to engage and negotiate at the highest levels.
* A results-driven, entrepreneurial approach, with the agility and resilience to drive change and navigate a competitive landscape.
