If so, we want you to be part of our Transformation Team at Cotswold District Council.As a Transformation Officer, you'll play a vital role in coordinating, delivering, and driving forward our transformation programme-helping us create smarter, more efficient services that put customers first.Key responsibilities:Support and lead key transformation projects, ensuring they align with the council's strategic goals.Work closely with services to identify opportunities for improvement, efficiency, and cost savings.Apply business analysis techniques to document requirements and shape service redesign.Be an ambassador for change, helping teams embrace new ways of working and sustain improvements.Facilitate collaboration, ensuring seamless processes across different departments.Use data and evidence to challenge current ways of working and drive informed decision-making.Ensure risk is managed effectively during change, while maintaining business-as-usual performance.Coach and support colleagues, building a strong and resilient culture of transformation.Track and report progress, ensuring lessons learned inform future improvements.About YouWe need someone with the skills, drive, and mindset to make change happen.
