In this pivotal position, you will provide expert advice and guidance on University regulations and procedures to staff and students. Working flexibly and collaboratively within a close, friendly and supportive team, you will handle sensitive student casework related to appeals, complaints, fitness to practise, fitness to study, and academic and student conduct. Experience of delivering positive customer service is essential, along with the ability to organise a significant workload, balance competing priorities while maintaining high standards within agreed deadlines. A strong understanding of all aspects of University regulations and their practical application is essential.
