With a strong presence in the financial markets and products, specialising in managing a diverse portfolio of fixed income products, including government and corporate bonds, municipal securities, and mortgage-backed securities. Position Overview: The asset manager are seeking a highly skilful and motivated Business Analyst to join a Fixed Income product team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in fixed income products and a deep understanding of financial markets. You will play a critical role in analysing market trends, supporting investment strategies, and enhancing our fixed income portfolio management processes. Key Responsibilities: Conduct detailed analysis of fixed income markets, including government and corporate bonds, municipal securities, and mortgage-backed securities. Support the development and implementation of fixed income investment strategies. Collaborate with portfolio managers, traders, and other stakeholders to identify opportunities and manage risks. Analyze and interpret financial data, market trends, and economic indicators to provide actionable insights. Develop and maintain financial models and tools to support portfolio management decisions. Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations for senior management and clients. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field (Master's degree preferred). Proven experience as a Business Analyst in the financial industry, with a focus on fixed income products. Strong understanding of fixed income markets, instruments, and investment strategies. Excellent analytical skills and proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis. Strong communication and presentation skills. Proficiency in financial software and tools (e.g., Bloomberg, Excel, VBA). Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Additional Information: Candidates should be based in Paris or the surrounding areas, or alternatively, be willing to relocate to Paris.
