About The Role
An exciting and unique opportunity has arisen for a Regulatory Lawyer to join our Corporate Team. The position is based in our BRICS team, who support business with risk, investigation, compliance and secretarial matters. You will work alongside our transactional and specialist Partners across the firm, and the rest of the BRICS team.
This is a varied and fast-paced transactional role providing businesses with advice, support and regulatory reporting. Your work will include NSIA clearance applications, health and safety reviews, anti-bribery and corruption work and general compliance work such as permits and consent.
This position would suit someone with a broad regulatory background looking to move into a fully transactional role, or someone looking to expand their transactional regulatory experience.
About You
You will need:
* 3-6 years or more PQE
* A solid grounding in regulatory work, and previous experience on working on NSIA clearance
* An ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and successfully manage client relationships
* Excellent technical ability and drafting skills
* To demonstrate teamwork and relationship building skills
* To have strong commercial acumen
* To be proactive, ambitious and organised with a keen eye for detail
