Persona: Agile (1-2 days in the office and 3-4 days working from home per week)

Role Overview:
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Treasury Analyst on a 12 month fixed term basis. Reporting to the Assistant Treasury Manager and working within the close knit, high performing Treasury operations team, this role will include managing L&Q's debt portfolio payments, bank and loan account reconciliation and ensuring debt instruments are fully and accurately recorded on the Treasury Management System 'TMS'. There may also be a requirement from time to time to support with Treasury accounting and other operational duties.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Ensuring all interest and capital repayments are made within the required deadlines
2. Updating and maintaining banking systems and other internal records
3. Administering banking confirmations and liaising directly with lending partners on our debt facilities
4. Maintaining the integrity of the TMS by performing daily bank reconciliations and other ad hoc TMS processes
5. Supporting statutory, management and regulatory reporting as required
6. Primary contact for any queries in relation to the above
Skills and Experience Required:
1. Minimum of 3 years Treasury experience including using a TMS, preferably in housing but not essential
2. Previous experience in banking systems and management of banking systems
3. Accounting experience either qualified or part qualified preferably in Treasury
4. Experience in loan interest and capital payments of various models including fixed loans, Bonds and RCF's
5. Ability to problem solve and find solutions
