As a Management Accountant, you will play a key role in managing and improving financial processes, supporting business performance, and contributing to the company's growth. Key Responsibilities: Prepare and manage accurate monthly management accounts, financial reports, and performance analysis Conduct detailed variance analysis and provide commentary on financial performance Support budgeting and forecasting processes, offering insights to drive business decisions Manage balance sheet reconciliations and ensure timely and accurate reporting Assist with statutory accounts preparation and tax reporting Collaborate with internal teams to improve financial processes and drive continuous improvement Provide financial guidance and support to non-finance stakeholders, helping them make data-driven decisions Requirements: Qualified accountant (CIMA, ACCA, ACA) qualified Experience of working within a fast-paced industry ideally service Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Strong communication skills Proven working knowledge of implementing continuous improvement initiatives Package: £50,000- £65,000k DOE, plus additional benefits and hybrid working and career progression.
