Aetha is an innovative drone solutions company with a regional office based in Chichester. We provide equipment, training & consultation services and maintain a wide range of drone solutions, software platforms and other equipment for a wide client base across the UK and around the world. We are looking for someone to act as the central point of our office. The ideal candidate will be organised and confident in their own ability to successfully manage the office. Main Roles and Responsibilities: Ensure that the office runs smoothly and all employees are equipped with the necessary tools to successful carry out their job General admin duties such as managing the main email account and telephone line, filing paperwork and post electronically, and stocking up on stationary and kitchen supplies Supporting the EA with duties such as organising internal events or meetings and booking travel arrangements Managing building relationships including office cleaning and lease renewals Assisting the distribution team with tasks such as courier issues or stock take Experience and qualifications are not necessary. This is an office based role, the ideal candidate will live in or close to Chichester. 6-month contract initially with potential for a full time role afterwards. Contract length: 6 months Part-time hours: 25 per week
